We had Mr. Fryday inspect a beach house in Galveston. He did the same great job he did when we last used him 13 years ago for the home we currently live in. He found a serious electrical problem (I consider a house burner) that was done during a modification to the home. Be very cautious of any beach house in Galveston that had modifications. Mr. Fryday saved us from buying a potential major problem home.
