Our patio was installed by another company that went out of business. We contacted Luciano to pressure wash, resand and seal our patio. He was responsive through email and gave us a fair quote. He cleaned the patio first and returned one week later to resand and seal it. He did an excellent job restoring our patio to its original beauty.
