Paid up front for half of the cost of my roofing job. Almost 2 months of empty promises. I asked for refund and now they won't answer the phone. Messages are full. I'm taking legal action. BEWARE!

Sad experience, it was difficult reaching out to them after I payed half for a repair estimate. It was sometime late January 2024. I spoked to the owners son and agreed to an appointment mid February. No one ever showed up, no follow up calls or emails explaining why they couldn’t commit. Luckily, they did not cash my check. I was able to cancel it on time. Unfortunately, the bank charged me a 30 dollar fee.

2021: They convinced us to do the entire roof to fix a singular problem in order to get a '5 year watertight warranty'. 2024: We still have original leak (never fixed) and they have not honored their warranty; after 3 years, dozens of calls (most unanswered or returned) to three different representatives including the owner, three promises to 'be there next week'. No money in warranty work! No integrity!
