These guys are absolutely worthless, I’ve had an ongoing problem at the Elara complex. The girl who lives above me is non stop stomping on my floor from 12-3 am consistently. I’ve called these mall cops a few times and they’ve done absolutely nothing, the girl even told me that I’m wasting my time calling security on her because “they are on her side more than my side at this point”.
