We went to Southwest Kitchen and Bath to purchase and install new kitchen countertops, cook top and sink. We're told they would only help if we installed new cabinets. Website clearly misleading. Pretty bad when Home Depot and Lowe's offer better service.

We had a broken pull-out cabinet, called SWK&B and Donald found us new hardware. He went above and beyond contacting the distributor and getting the parts we needed. Pull-out works great now!

I knew doing a full-gut renovation to our kitchen was going to be hard and it was going to require a lot of patience and work (and money!) but I think I underestimated all that it took. That said, I'm happy we engaged this work with Southwest Kitchen & Bath because I never felt that our "dream kitchen" was going to be out of reach.
