I’m new to using a gas stove so when my flame color changed I called to request service. They had someone to my house with thirty minutes to check it out. It turned out having my humidifier on added moisture to the air, which was the reason the flame color was different. The person took the time to explain, give tips, and even did a routine check around the house. To add, the phone service was very genuinely friendly.

Awful place. We live out of state and they said they need someone there on the property to turn on the gas. We got someone and SW said they would call us when the person was on the way. Didn’t give us an appointment time. They called when the service person was 3 minutes away. Our designated person missed them by 2 minutes. Their next available date is several days away and again no appointment times. My young kids will be without hot water. Absolutely ridiculous
