In bullhead city, AZ. They are doing work on goldrush road. On one occasion one of there flag/road stop sign guys strated to cuss out my teenager in the street. Saying to my kid your luck I have to work 3 jobs. All because he was coming home from school and waited for them to let him in this apartment.. then today same guy decided to yell at wife and curse her out for the same thing..trying to pull into our home. Please train your employees better on how to talk with the public. It's unacceptabl

Inconvenience a nuisance and destruction of public road way

Terrible customer service. I waited over a month just to get a response from this company. After being told my “bill is finalized,” I was finally patched through only to deal with agents Veronica and Julie, who offered no help at all. Both agents had extreme attitudes when I simply asked for a little grace during a tough time. Instead of kindness or solutions, I was met with disrespect and complete unwillingness to assist. Southwest has made this entire process way harder than it needed to be. V
