Worst customer support I have ever experienced. Inverter isn't working but still under warranty. Paid $400 for a tech to come "look" at the problem. 2 weeks later still no word of the issue. Calls go straight to AI, which forwards to AI. Texts go unanswered for 3 to 4 days at a time and dont resolve anything except asking for money. I cant believe they are so incompetent. Avoid this company. The warranty is worthless. I imagine they will avoid me until my warranty expires and suddenly be availab
Poor customer service when you need help. Difficult to talk to an actual human, delays between responses via text and email. Finally got someone to come out for the service call and then he left without telling us what was wrong and how it is going to be fixed....still waiting.
They monitor the system. Mine went down November 18th, 2023. They say they don't alert me of system going down. Ya, they do..They say its SolarEdges fault. I call solar edge, they say they are just a manufacturer. DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY INSTALL YOUR SOLAR PANELS.

They installed my system less than 3 years ago. Now they will not take my call. Be careful
My experience with Southwest Electric, the City of Phoenix, and APS during my solar installation was nothing short of infuriating. The lack of communication between these entities was astounding. Each one passed the buck, delayed progress, and showed little to no understanding of how my solar system was configured. It felt like I was stuck in a bureaucratic black hole where no one took responsibility and no one cared about resolving the issues.
Southwest Electric was slow and uncommunicative, fa
