Terrible customer service. I called and talked to Alex and told him i was looking for a basement to be epoxyed and would he be available to come by and quote. He asked that i reach out the following week to schedule something. I texted to follow up and specifically said "if you don't think you can quote please let me know so i don't continue to follow-up. No reply. I texted the same thing again a few days later. No reply. If the job was too small, all they had to do was say so. But no reply just
