Unfortunately I hired Southern Septic LLC to repair my septic system. I was charged almost $6,000 for a job that I now know was not the right solution to solve the problem. Six months later, the problem persists: the effluent continues to flow through the drainage field which is disgusting and unhygienic. Despite my repeated contact attempts, the only action they took was to pump the tank a few times, but they never solved the underlying problem. George (the person in charge) has not responded

The crew came out and got right to work assessing the tank and working with what we could tell them we saw and heard in the house. They took time to explain what they found with our system and how they didnt want to perform or charge for services that we didnt need. They helped us identify where the problem was and went above and beyond to get us in a better position with this system. Guys were super polite and helpful! Have already recommended them to others!
