WOW! Luke at Southern Seal did GREAT work for us on an insulation job to keep our pipes from freezing up in a open attic area. He went above and beyond to seal the area up tight. He explained his process well and didn't even seem to mind me looking over his shoulder now and again :). If I have any more insulation issues in this old house of ours, he will be my first call.
