My property was repaired by Southern Insulation (SI) which became an awful ordeal. In August 2023 a water roof leak damaged my unit's left & center stairwell walls. In Oct, the HOA hired SI to remove these walls & provide abatement since a 3rd party company KEM found asbestos.
