Transferred ownership of my account to my old roommate's name prior to my last billing cycle. My old account was still billed, even though I no longer assumed responsibility or lived in the residence. Instead of reaching out to me, the old account holder, the old roommate was the one that received all further comms. This resulted in a collection on my credit account. I paid it in full.
