Great at taking appointments. Not so great at showing up or ever contacting to reschedule. I assume adding "Southern Arizona" to their name is to come off as local but I was told they were busy with a job in California. The woman that actually did the scheduling was very friendly and seemed like she was actually doing something so I can't blame her. So she gets all three stars which is more than I'd like to give. New review: Hired them again for a house I bought in Tucson. Had minor roofing issues that were revealed when Dan came by while I was still considering bidding on the house.
