went with this company because they offered the lowest quote. When they delivered the rolloff, nobody botherd to call annd ask where it’s supposed to go. Then when I called and said it needed to be moved they wanted $200. I filled the container with cardboard boxes and random household garbage like a cat tree. I had a very frustrating experience with this company. They were very quick to take payment upfront, but failed to provide the agreed service afterward. Communication became extremely poor — phone calls were not answered, and it was very difficult to get any updates. What’s even more concerning is that additional charges were later added without clear explanation. I was unexpectedly double charged, and no proper breakdown or justification was provided. This situation caused unnecessary delays

First price was a trick, after all it’s double of price.

Dumpsters were delivered late, the first one came the wrong size. I called and they assured me the second dumpster would be the correct size. It wasn’t. They were NINE DAYS late picking the dumpsters up. They are holding up the entire job site. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

1 star is gracious. Ill make this short and sweet. My experience with Sourgum seemed pleasant until I get a phone call saying the dumpster was never delievered. I got email confirmation and everything but physically no dumpster was ever delievered. The recording say their business hours are Mon-Sun 7am-7pm. No one answered the phone or called me back. Do not use this company.

To date I've rented 3 dumpsters. Every time the dumpster was delivered on time and placed exactly where I requested. Imagine that, getting exactly what you want when you want it. The customer service is fantastic with calls returned promptly.

They don’t answer calls - the advertise they are open from 7am to 7pm and is impossible to get phone assistance in the am. If you’re this busy maybe you should stop talking orders from customers online.
