Very disappointing experience. I purchased an item yesterday and came back today to exchange it for a cheaper option. The item was opened but never used, and I wasn’t even expecting a refund—just an exchange. They flat-out refused, didn’t offer a restocking fee or any alternative, and simply told me they “can’t help” and that I was out of luck. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, which made this even more frustrating. Customer service like this guarantees I’ll think twice before coming back.

This guy is great. Super nice, extremely knowledgeable and amazing prices. Got a steal on an amazing radio for myself and a buddy of mine got a whole car audio system on the cheap that I installed. He put the whole kit together for him in the blink of an eye. I didn't even know this place was here. What a gem! Anything audio/video car or home theatre and all the accessories.
