Marshall was the service technician who came out, and he was professional, friendly, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything cleared up in no time. He also took the time to explain what caused the problem and gave helpful tips to prevent it from happening again. It’s such a relief

SOS was amazing! We had a frozen kitchen sink pipe and required water jetting services to unfreeze. SOS performed the service same day at a price that was literally half what a competitor quoted us at. I can't say enough good things about them. Had a franchise (leaving name out) come clean my sewer drain for my annual cleaning. They claimed there was a block from a drain plug that had slipped down and presented me with an estimate for $6K to cut into my concrete as they would not be able to remove the plug otherwise. Called SOS for a second opinion. They found the plug and were able to flush it out within an hour. Can't recommend them enough!
