THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!! After the initial visit, they charged us a $350 deposit then didn’t get back to us for three weeks. I contacted them and never had the chance to speak to anyone local. I asked for a manager call back and confirmation that they had a business license and never got it. So yes this company does change phone numbers, very shady. An update on my already horrible experience, it turns out they actually messed up my fireplace. The rude man that was 3 hours late and didn’t seem to know what he was doing, put mud and paint on the insert. After having a few fires, that mud and paint is now peeling off the veneer that was already there. I am likely going to have to have the whole insert replaced. Very sketchy. Was quoted $69 for an inspection. The tech showed up and didn't need to inspect anything because it is a gas system. We ended up being charged $320 for a "system reset", which he couldn't really tell us what it entailed. He had us pay his personal Zell account, which is also kind of sketchy and not something I've ever seen before. We never received any kind of confirmation, receipt, work order, etc. Overall feels a lot like a scam.
