I gave these guys 9 lives to try and make things right on an expensive pergola project. The entire experience of dealing with them was horrible and we were left with an unfinished project, a leak in the roof, and trash in our backyard that was never picked up. All things they said they would “take care of.” The main guy working on our project suddenly quit, the front office lady left, and instead of contacting professionals for parts of the project that needed it, they did it “in house” leaving

Trying to find out if these guys are still in business. Been trying to call them for over a week with no response. Has anyone else had the same experience?

Are they still in business? Left a message during business hours and it’s very hard to get someone to answer the phones.
