If I could give negative stars, I would. This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with, in my life!!!!! Do not sign anything they put in front of you. Rob was great! He trained my staff and I on our alarm system and a few weeks later we had an issue with one of our doors not triggering the alarm and he was out the same day to fix it. I am thankful we have Sonitrol for our alarm company! They are efficient, responsive and care about their customers.

Adam was well mannered and got all of our needs taken care of quick and very professionally. He even spent a little extra time and was patient to let us test to make sure we would have no problems arming our system even after he triple checked it.
