Sean from Sonic washed our windows. Inside and out. I was late to meet him at our home, he was kind and gracious after waiting for me. My windows looked great and are still sparkling clean. I had a little issue with being able to get one of my windows down and I called the office. Hailey is so kind on the phones and James and Nick came out and quickly fixed my issue. Sonic Services TRULY did everything to make sure I was happy. Thanks guys!

We had a few other local companies do our windows. My chief complaint with the last company was that they utterly failed to respect the age of the wood framing of the windows they were washing, and didn't respect anything in their way as they "cleaned." They were comfortable with water pooling after they left. I called them out on this repeatedly, offering to pay them double to do what I wanted, and yet...no change. I even stood right over them and tried to tell them what I wanted.....deer i
