Our garbage can lid was completely ripped off when being picked up on October 6, 2025. My dad has been calling for almost 2 weeks about getting a replacement. Customer service is inept, very rude, outright lying about scheduling a replacement, saying they'll send a new can, well, we have yet to see it. The ladies on the customer service line need to do their job.

Somerton trash/ disposal truck driver(s)should be more careful about Not destroying trash cans. At least have the courtesy to get down from their truck and let the owner of the Can that it will be replace due to their negligence or carelessness work ethics.

I have called two times to have my trash can replaced because the handle was broken and my daughter has hurt her hand with this and they keep saying there is no work order. Sara provided no resolution said i had to complain to Raul which i was not provided a number for. The worker that picked the trash left my trash can like this so unsatisfied with my resolution. I really can’t believe he didn’t see this .
