Sonny was great to work with, he was extremely great with communication, I did this entire demolition of every piece of gypsum board and item in my 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. We did this remote I was in California and he of course was in Arizona. It was seamless. The only difficult part was dealing with the HOA and unfortunately almost all of fell on Sonny' shoulders. He had my back 100% of the way. He also kept me up to date with pictures and videos I can not say enough great things about Sonny
