Beware, they are closed as of the end of October,. 2025
I wish I could give less than one. Seldom gave bad review at all as I usually suck it up. I admit some of the problems might have caused by the delay of my own construction crews. But then the back and forth when somethings went long took very long time to resolve. Totally blindsided that a heat detector interconnect to a smoke alarm inside the house is required by the building code for the solar battery in the garage (ESS) in California.
Update:
If you need to transfer ownership, go to Solaredge web page "Request for Monitoring Site Transfer and New User Access", I've been asking how to change ownership for so long and no one in SolarUnion answered my questions, now I found the answer myself. Paid $99 dollars, and the site transferred to next owner (sold my house).
