Long story here but bottom line is DO NOT choose Electrum to help you with any "home electrification" projects or any other projects for that matter. Unfortunately, we got on board with Electrum for our solar project in 2022, believing that they were the most trustworthy folks in the business given the SCE association. Extremely disappointing process, in which vendor did not hold up responsibilities and electrum had no influence in reinforcing. I went through Electrum specifically because SCE's website took me through them, they assured me they would help with a significant program for people with medical conditions, yet they did not and 6 months later I'm still waiting for $14,000 expense to be reimbursed.

I used Electrum as a 3rd party for handling my solar project. JD was my assigned representative, and he was great! Not only did all my solar questions finally get answered but everything was clear and straight forward. The folks that come by my neighborhood door to door offering solar could never answer those questions before. Loved my experience and would recommend it to anyone.
