We had our solar system installed around 2021. We gave SPM good review. However now that several years have pasted and we need a service call SPM will not respond to any return calls. This has been going on since last November. No answers as to what to do except. I guess pay the power bill after all the money spent with this company. We are very disappointed in them. asked Mike Myers for a good Solar company and he gave us Solar Power Midwest. They had a better package than the other place we were working with. We have only had 1 issue with the solar and Sherry, the office manager, took care of the issue very quickly. Dave has made sure to make everything go smooth and very easy with the whole process. We had a tornado go through the area and they were out very quickly to check to make sure our solar was fine. If I was to do this again, I would not hesitate
