The worst solar company that I have dealt with as far as timelines, having to repeat processes multiple times, almost zero communication. There will be at least 4-5 different people handling every little step in the process and no one talks to anyone else, so you have no idea who to get ahold of if you have a problem or questions and they don’t follow up with anything when I’ve had questions. Mike, the project manager, kept me updated every step of the way, and Gerson, the customer service manager, made sure I was always in the loop throughout the project. I contacted Solar Optimum a couple of weeks ago with an inquiry about a Powerwall extension battery. We already have one and love it. My initial contact was pleasant enough and I was contacted right away by another Rep. Although we decided not to move forward with the project due to some price increases the overall experience was very professional. I initially contacted them because of the high reviews I was reading. I would definitely consider them in the future if we have any other solar needs

For me not the greatest exp. Called to get a qoute on an tesla expansion pak. Was told someone would call me back. Got tons of text msgs for about a month and half about how I should go solar. Funny I already told them I has a 50 panel system. Then I get a call and I give her all the info again. I then get an email with a qoute for a powerwall 3 which I have told them over and over I already have. So I respond to the email an explain again what I am looking for. Then I hear nothing. Wen

Solar Optimum did a great job, especially handling the permits and the installation.

I had a great experience working with Solar Optimum on our solar installation. From the initial set up, the process with professional and efficient. Installation was on time and when I had questions and concerns about panels not working properly they were quick to resolve the problems. I highly recommend them.
