The worst solar company that I have dealt with as far as timelines, having to repeat processes multiple times, almost zero communication. There will be at least 4-5 different people handling every little step in the process and no one talks to anyone else, so you have no idea who to get ahold of if you have a problem or questions and they don’t follow up with anything when I’ve had questions. The lack of communication also means that they will ask you the same questions 4 times and every single

Solar Optimum did an incredible job from the start to finish! Mike, the project manager, kept me updated every step of the way, and Gerson, the customer service manager, made sure I was always in the loop throughout the project.
