I'm a repeat customer. The 2nd time around, I dealt with project manager John again. He will give you a reasonable deal but the company in general is not so efficient, if there is a question or a problem with the system it might be awhile for them to get back and or you'll have to keep calling back. Solar Help Hawaiʻi gave great support. Chaleigh helped me troubleshoot my solar water heater through text and stayed patient the whole time. She asked clear questions and guided me step by step. Another vendor fixed the final issue, a stuck mixture valve, but she still checked in afterward to make sure everything worked. Real aloha in their service. I appreciate the help.

*Update 2/28/2025 (6 years later) I really thought I had moved on until whoever the person responding is decided to lie about my review! The fact of the matter is that I DID call a long time ago after a spate of their commercials being all over the TV like a cheap suit. I finally decided it was a good deal and that's why I called and talked to the worst receptionist in the world, from what I remember. Now this guy has the nerve to come back here and say that it my review is fake when it isn't,
