I contracted with Sol Systems 10 years ago when I had my solar system installed. At the time I had concerns about the SREC contract I signed but was insured by Sol Systems that i would receive the entire amount of my contract. It is not possible to speak by phone with anyone at Sol Systems, but that is OK because the customer service via email is fantastic. I worked with Champagne to get my account registered -- she was so responsive, very helpful and super patient. She is definitely an asset to the organization.

Horrible service. You cannot speak to anyone via telephone if there is an issue receiving your SRECs. If you email them to resolve your issue, don't hold your breath. Absolutely terrible customer service. If I could post with 0 stars I would.

I had the pleasure to work with Champagne while choosing which option for our agreement. Champagne was exceedingly knowledgeable about each option, she answered all of my questions and was kind and patient while doing so. She provided crucial advice which led to the right decision for our family. I find contracts to be confusing and stressful. Champagne made this decision process clear and easy, I would highly recommend her as a point of contact.

Hello all, The solar install company that installed my solar system worked with Sol Systems, as a person who had a solar system installed.I have had nothing but a terrible experience with Sol System, they haven’t paid a penny for SREC generated, Sol System won’t answer my phone calls and I have zero idea how to learn what the issue is regarding being paid for SREC being generated. Sol Systems reps are very responsive and helped answer my questions quickly. I don't believe they have the capacity to interact over the phone at this time, which worried me. However, all my worries were addressed when I discovered how quickly and accurately they responded via email.

The company is very friendly at the beginning of a contract, but once you start working with them, you may experience significant stress for over a year. They do not take responsibility, so you will have to deal with the consequences yourself. I would not recommend doing business with them.

Shitty company that keeps messing with my husband’s paycheck. Their systems to monitor usage don’t work and they will do nothing unless you chase them.
