Francisco (level 2) was able to diagnosis my solar inverter system issues in five minutes. Sadly, my installation company in western South Dakota wasn't as proactive or knowledgeable as Francisco. Francisco is very professional, efficient, and delivers a high level of customer service. My Solark system is now five years old and 98% of the time works perfectly.
