This location gets a lot of bad reviews. Not sure why. I had an appointment at 11:50am. Checked in at 11:30am, was seen at 11:31am and was walking out the door at 11:36am. The gentleman who helped me was a total professional and extremely friendly. I'm starting to wonder how many of the people who wrote bad reviews were not prepared, didn't make appointments or couldn't follow simple instructions. I have zero issues with this office.

Called and got an appointment for the next morning, was in and out within 10 minutes to get a replacement social security card. Guy was very kind and helpful. Brought documents with me but didn’t need any, just an ID.
