SML has gone south completely. They are taking your money for a full season of work and then not showing up and refusing to answer emails/text/calls. Not sure if the company has folded or what is going on because Jerrell the owner won't respond to any communication at all and lawn isn't done and money hasn't been returned. Avoid until he clarifies what is going on. At this point I have had to find someone else to do my lawn and just want my money back

Stay away from this company. They will steal your money and argue with you all the away. I will never use them and based on my experience I’m sure they’ll be out of business very soon. Shady people. Jerrell brown was the worst person to talk to you. Quick to take your money.

I will never do business with this company. Communication was the worst. I get that the snow was bad but in business communication is key. Now that I need a refund they refuse to do so because if a silly contract. I respect the contract agreement but no service was done and there was no communication. I will never do business with this company. Stay away.
