My major reason for calling Smith’s plumbing was that our bathroom toilet off the kitchen had been running for 6+ months and other plumbing companies tried to do a quick fix but would never listen to me to solve the issue. Smiths plumbing was the one that listened and replaced the part that was not working. So nice not to hear it running all the time! I also had 3 of the bathrooms toilet shut off valves replaced. They charged half of what a competitor would charge.

They were very prompt in coming to assess my problem and fixing it. I needed a new water heater and it was a very difficult removal of the old water heater due to location in the house. The crew kept me informed of what was going on and did a great job!

Was able to get someone scheduled and to our house within about 30 mins after 4:30 on a Friday!

Matt and Nathan were great! On time and answered all questions! Very professional! Would recommend!
