For me, Smith and Sons has shown themselves to be the correct, complete and on-time solution! I will be recommending this company to my friends and family as well. They helped me select a new gas water (Bradford White) to replace the 13 year old ‘builder’ (Rheem) original one. They then quickly scheduled and installed it, and even scheduled the city inspector for me after the work was completed. They were quick to arrive. Communicated well and worked quickly, explaining what was needed and what caused the problem in the first place. Will call them again in the future.

Called Saturday evening for a water leak emergency. I made it clear right away that it's urgent and asked if they can come out right away. The guy insisted I must give him all the information like address, phone number, email etc. Only after that he said they can't come out till Monday! Why wasting my time and taking all my contact information well knowing the urgency? Extremely unprofessional, very dodgy practice.
