There’s a reason to use local, family-owned businesses, and Smart Shades is the perfect example of that. We have nothing but good things to say about this business! Jodi, the owner, came herself to see the windows we needed to cover and offer advice, and at no time did I feel like she was upselling or trying to make me buy outside my comfort zone (which is what I have often experienced with sales in general). She was knowledgeable, great to talk to, and understanding when I asked her to write up

We went with the Old Town Smart Shades Shoppe to purchase and install Hunter Douglas shades in our kitchen and bathroom after a home re-model. Jim, Jody, and Tess were simply wonderful to work with! They are knowlegable, helpful, and provided great customer service. The installer who came to put in the shades was also extremely good. We highly recommend the Smart Shades Shoppe and would shop there again!
