I needed a replacement battery for their doorbell, and was having difficulty locating one. Not only do they not sell replacement batteries for their own product, they were unable to give me any information that would help me find one from a third party. They basically said I was SOL. This company will render your doorbell defective in a couple of years, forcing you to buy another doorbell. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! You buy a doorbell from them, two years later, or whenever they decide they need to generate more profit, they'll change their server code so that your device is just some metal on the wall. You get no notifications and nothing else works. That's how they make you buy another doorbell. Skybell sucks. Unreliable. Get a doorbell from any other company.

As many others have stated--substandard product and terrible tech support/customer service which is condoned by management(simply why it continues).
