had them install a new TPO membrane on our retail building. old roof was original to the property, somewhere around 25 years. new one looks clean, edges are tight, drains got reset so water actually moves where its supposed to go now. they walked me through the maintenance schedule before leaving and handed over a binder with warranty info and install photos. been bone dry since. worth the price.
