I worked with them for many years in the past and saw every phase of construction from the foundation to the final product on dozens of their homes. Knowing their construction process, quality, and attention to detail is why I would choose them if I were going to build a new home in Yuma County.

I purchased a home less than two years ago and my air conditioner has broken and they are refusing to honor repairs.. I believe Arizona has a minimum builder warranty they should fall under. i wouldn't use them to build a home. they wanted to take six months to build our fence after fin/we had termites and a leaky roof and not a/c doesn't work.
