I took my BMW to this shop for repairs. They said they replaced several parts, but when I checked the car after leaving it there for two days, I saw that they had only changed a single cable. I paid $850 in cash and was not given a receipt. The problem with the car was still there. Since I understand cars, I inspected everything myself and realized only one cable had been replaced. I went back, and after arguing, they refunded $700. If I hadn’t checked my car carefully, my money would have been
