Looking for the 10 star option! I was changing light switches in a condo and ran into issues with a double switch on 2 different circuits. It was a Sunday and Mother's Day so trying to get assistance was a challenge. I found Sims on the internet and called. Darrell (the owner) answered and helped me out over the phone. This is next level customer service and I was more than impressed with his knowledge and ability to walk me through the process. I'm so glad I found this company!

These guys are the best! Our condo building had an after hours emergency, and they were out in 30 minutes, helped us coordinate with ComEd, and stayed with us until the problem was solved (hours late into the night). Super knowledgeable, nice, and honest people. We will only be using them for electric and plumbing moving forward!
