If I could give them 10 stars I would. My experience with Simon's this morning was better that I could have hoped for. I just finished a gut renovation, and my windows needed a lot of TLC. Stanislav and his assistant were prompt, incredibly respectful of things like my brand window shades and rugs, and most importantly made my windows look brand new. They were also able to help close a window that has a defective latch which will make my apartment so much warmer and less drafty this winter.
