We purchased carpet and LVP, but the LVP was installed wrong and cracked do it to installation errors. However, Simas refused to ackowledge any mistake and wanted to charge us full price to fix their mess. So, be warned and don't trust Simas to do a good install or stand by their work.

I had a great experience with Simas. Simas was the third place I went to for an estimate. The first two were really disappointing. The first estimate, for laminate and tile, took about three weeks to get. That estimate was incorrect in terms of the footage. They sent a corrected estimate for the laminate, but never did get back with the tile estimate. The second estimate appointment was forgotten by the sales person once, and then cancelled once.
