Jake and his crew were great. They helped us transform our suite at Red Door Escape Room into our new Game Show Studio experience. Super prompt communication (which is often a struggle with other GCs I’ve worked with). Work was high quality. They were admittedly a little more expensive than some other bids we received, but we felt it was worth the value and we didn’t want to skimp on quality. Would gladly work with Silverado again for future projects.

Jake was easy to work with and helped me with the design and features I was looking for. The design is robust and functional. He was patient, having to work through a few hurdles including weather. Silverado’s billing and change order process is very smooth. Finished garage and driveway are exactly what we wanted.

Had Jake’s team foam our attic based on our neighbors recommendation and significant energy savings since dec 2024z. The crews were courteous and professional . Would not hesitate to recommend their services. I added photos separately and you can see the temperature differential before and after. The photos attached show one full day of temps in 2 different sides of the attic.
