He fixed it and lubed everything up before he left. Now the door lifts easily by hand, which wasn't the case before. I'm glad I called them, especially with my busy schedule and kids running around.

Tony showed up by 8:30 the next morning and replaced the seals that had worn out. He sealed everything up tight, and now I don't even think about the water when it rains. The price was fair too.
