I was very impressed of the Buyers Home Inspection by Silver Hammer Inspections. The inspector caught deficiency I didn't see and when finished. The report was about 80 pages long and was completed within 24 hrs. This report was also provided to my Realtor who provided the Seller the information to repair before the closing of escrow. Also Silver Hammer Inspections gave me a discount because the home was being purchased under the VA Home program.
