I have a couple of pellet stoves that needed some maintenance. I worked primarily with Josh & Gage and the communication was top notch. They were able to get my several decades old stoves some much needed attention and were even able to find an auger to keep one of them running. They pride themselves on keeping the area clean. All very much appreciated!

Bought my pellet stove insert in 2021; great buying experience, worked great the first year. Then it blew a fuse. Called for repair and they came out two weeks later. Josh said it was a fuse that blew and also that the install guys did not do the auger right because it was pinching a wire, so he fixed it. He did not have the right fuse needed so he ordered one.
