Horrible experience. To start, they lowballed the bid for our tile project, then added several thousand to the bill once the project was underway. The “Virtually Dust Free” was extremely expensive ($2,600) and was not very effective. Crack repair was also highly overpriced ($10 per linear foot), and was nothing more than rolling Red Gard on around the cracks. It was a pleasure working with Charmaine and Mark. Decent selection and very helpful in choosing our carpet and expediting installation. The cross-section oak plank used for the show room's countertop were magnificent and great conversation pieces with Mark.
