First project- bad communication from salesperson who was fired or quit. Work quality was decent but details like caulking gaps made me worried, but they said they would come back to fix and they did. Second project- Bay window ordered, said it would arrive on October 2nd to their warehouse. I had to call the day before install (October 13th) to find out what time they would arrive, and they didn't even receive the bay window yet and need to push the install. No call to tell me it was delayed!

I had my picture window installed today and WOW! Chris and Jake handled the install beautifully- from setup to clean up. Just excellent. The window looks spectacular. Their finish work is top notch! Brian was so great coming to give us our quote and Rosita answered all my questions regarding the ordering and installation process. 10/10 recommend.
