These are beautiful shutters. We have 2 large shutters in our kitchen dining space,3 large ones in our great room, 1 in the dining room, 1 in the entryway and 1 in our guest room...They are beautiful and well made. The owner is knowledgeable and nice. However, they do not stand by their warranty. We have 3 shutters that won't stay open, and 2 others that are going that way. We have called numerous times, and also made the trip to their shop at least 3 times trying to get him to come out and

We have tried numerous times to get the owner to come and replace the magnets that keep the shutters closed. The plastic housing the magnets fit in get damaged by the hot sun. He never comes to check on them or will return my calls or much less replace them. I would never use them again. Not reliable.
